The area has recently flooded with many food trucks, but Mrs Thakkar has been around for the past 18 years. All the food on sale is homemade, prepared by Mrs Thakkar, and is particularly delish. Situated in the pathway of Vallabh Baug Lane, Ghatkopar East, this khaugalli attracts major footfalls from the neighbourhood. The khaugalli opens in the early evening hours, around 4.30 pm and is open till mid-night. The khaugalli consists of only 7 vendors, all serving different kinds of food. The food here is slightly pricey; approximately Rs. 200 per person, however, the quality of the food makes it worthwhile. All the stalls are MCGM licensed.

Sai Swad Dosa

This stall has the capacity of making ten dosas at a time! They offer almost 45 variants of Dosas. The recommended dosas at this stall are Manchurian Pasta Dosa (Rs.150), Paneer Chilly Dosa (Rs.150) and Jini Dosa (Rs.130).
